Originally from the Boston area, Jim and his wife moved to South Florida's Boca Raton area 18 years ago. Jim brings 37 years of corporate sales and management experience and 7 years of real estate transactions to the Compass Florida team. Jim held previous positions with leading pharmaceutical and medical devices companies. Jim was one of the first to purchase and currently lives in a new "country club" style non-golf community. Jim also serves on committees within the community. His extensive knowledge of these upscale communities is a valuable asset to our team.

Jim earned his bachelor's degree in Education and Business Management at the University of Massachusetts. He began his career as a junior high teacher and coach in the early days. As an educator and coach, he learned to be patient, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong advocate for his students.

Jim has earned numerous accolades and MVP awards and President Club sales awards over the years. When not assisting buyers and sellers he enjoys building furniture, outdoor concerts, walking his dog, BBQs, swimming, and quality family time.
